Set forth below are the terms and conditions governing the URL www.speechfear.info which may expand or change from time to time. As used herein the term “Speechfear” refers to Enjledios Elukhanyeni, sole owner and operator of the Website; the term “you” or “your” refers to an individual, representing yourself or, if applicable, acting as legal representative for a group, business entity or corporation.
1. CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITION:. By availing yourself of the website and/or related services, you are consenting to be bound by these terms and conditions and any modifications which may occur from time to time.
2. RIGHTS OF PRIVACY:
Speechfear, as part of doing business will collect personal and/or business information from you. Speechfear does not and will not sell, market, distribute or make available any of this information to third parties. However, Speechfear does reserve the right to share certain information with appropriate legal third parties if it feels that a user of the website abuses the Speechfear site relative to possible copyright infringement, possible libel and slander, possible credit card fraud and any other possible illegalities.
3. MATERIAL USAGE ON THE WEBSITE:
All information, artwork, logos, text, video, audio, pictures, software and other intellectual properties are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may only access and use the Materials for personal purposes. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, modify or create derivative works of the Materials.
4. YOUR CONDUCT:
You shall use the website for lawful purposes only. 5. CONSULTATION SERVICES
Part A: From time to time, Speech Fear may provide consultation services beyond the 30 day service period at additional cost to those requesting such services.
Part B: You understand that purchase of any consultation services or information (including hard copy and electronics documents) from Speechfear.info will not be refunded in whole or in part, unless such consultation services or information never occurred between Speechfear.info or any authorized agent acting on behalf of Speechfear.info.
7. REFUND POLICY: Upon purchase of the information and services from Speechfear.info or any agent acting on behalf of Speechfear.info, you will be able to receive email (or in person) consultation services as appropriate with Professor E (Enjledios Elukhanyeni) for up to 30 days after purchase AND if you so choose, you will receive ONE (1) free ONE (1) consultation with a licensed professional therapist. Since any electronic documents and services cannot be returned to Speechfear.info, you understand that purchase of any documents and/or consultation services from Speechfear.info or any agent acting on behalf of Speechfear.info will not be refunded in whole or in part, unless such information and/or consultation services never occurred between you, the customer and Speechfear.info or any authorized agent acting on behalf of Speechfear.info.
8. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
From time to time Speechfear may modify these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion. If such modification occurs, Speechfear will post a revised version of these Terms and Conditions on the Website. Modifications will be effective when posted. Speechfear is not required to provide you with notification that any such modification (s) have been made. You understand that it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions from time to time to be aware of any such modifications. Each time you log on to the Website, you will be deemed to have accepted any modifications.
