How/why can I do this for free? In 1992 I would have died had it not been for a major organ transplant. Since that time I have been fortunate enough to be able to be gainfully employed.
And as long as I am working I can afford to offer my services free of charge. My services are free in honor of the individual who died in order that I may live and the family who made the decision to donate their loved ones organs.
